Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery date and exchanges for 30 days on non-custom and non-personalized items. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Contact us to start a return. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Best Practices For Day to Day Care:

To preserve the polish of your metal jewelry, avoid exposure to household cleaning products, bleach and other strong chemicals.

• Store jewelry in a airtight container.
• Remove jewelry while bathing or swimming, and avoid direct contact with lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals.
• Clean after use by wiping with a soft dry cloth.

Gold does tarnish and scratch over time. To preserve the luster of your gold jewelry, avoid exposure to household bleach and other cleaning products, which will quickly cause gold to discolor and possibly disintegrate. We recommend that you store your gold jewelry in a safe place when engaging in these activities:

• Performing household and outdoor chores (i.e., cleaning and gardening)
  
• Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
• Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
• Exercising at the gym or during contact sports
• Preparing meals

When not being worn, we recommend that you place your gold jewelry in a airtight container.

Glass Palace Arts only uses sterling silver for our silver jewelry. Sterling is a precious metal and one of the most beautiful and lustrous of all metals.

Sterling silver tarnishes over a period of time and requires cleaning occasionally. It tarnishes especially when exposed to salt air and products containing sulfur. However, silver that is regularly worn typically needs less care, so we encourage you to wear your silver every day!

We include a treated jewelry cleaning cloth with each order. For a deeper clean we recommend silver polish cream designed for sterling silver. Using a small amount of silver jewelry cleaner on a soft cloth, gently rub the silver several times. Then rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water and carefully dry. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new.

Please note: chlorine and bleach accelerate tarnishing and should be avoided.

With proper care, your silver will retain its beauty and character for many generations to come.
