Returns / Exchanges

IF AN ERROR WAS MADE on your order, we want to know about it so we can make it right! Please contact us through the email address which can be found under the "Contact Us" icon. 
►These items are final sale:
* Personalized, custom or special request items.
* Bulk orders (which are 3 items or more) whether they are personalized or not.
* Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

EXCHANGES:
* If you later want to exchange for a different size/length we typically only charge for S+H. For necklaces & bracelets you also have the option to add an extender. Contact us and we will go over some options we have to help you. 

RETURNS:
* Returns are allowed on unworn, non-personalized items, and orders that have not been purchased in bulk. We should be contacted within a week after delivery and we will issue you a return authorization number. Returned items must be received back to us in the same packaging and condition in which is was shipped. Refunds will be issued within 5 - 7 business days and in the same form it was paid, less S+H and a 10% restocking fee. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer.

ITEMS DAMAGED/ LOST IN TRANSIT
* If your package is lost in transit please notify us right away. We will work hard to track it down. If it never arrives we will replace it. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. A investigation / claim may be filed with the carrier and we will either get you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

REPAIRS
* If you have a broken piece of jewelry that is in need of repair and was purchased from my shop please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on when it was purchased there may be a fee, which will include the cost of return shipping. Message me and I will be happy to get you a quote.
