Something not right with your order? We want to know about it.
RETURNS:
Please message us to start a return. Returns are accepted within 14 days and exchanges for 30 days on non-custom and non-personalized items. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please send us a message to start the process.
EXCHANGES:
We’ll exchange your piece for something else within 30 days of your order.
Exchanges will be given store credit.
These items are final sale:

ITEMS DAMAGED/ LOST IN TRANSIT
We will work hard to track it down. If it doesn't arrive we will replace it. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. A investigation / claim may be filed with the carrier and we will either get you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
REPAIRS
If you have a broken piece of jewelry in need of repair and was purchased from my shop, please contact us. We'll work with you to get it repaired or replaced.
