I am VERY disappointed in this product. I tried to change the chain from the incredibly thin, cheap chain this surprisingly small pendant came on to increase the overall quality of the necklace I which purchased hoping to give to my mother as a Christmas gift. When I did, the entire stone came out of its setting in flaky pieces. It appears, the hole drilled through the top of the stone was very thin and it just crumbled away. There is no hope for repair. I feel like I've wasted my money and I now have no gift for Mom for Christmas. The quality of the stone and the chain is VERY low. The wire that's supposed to hold the stone in place was the only thing that was of quality. Zero stars, if possible.
This necklace is absolutely beautiful in it's simplicity. It will be a perfect gift for my future MIL to wear at our wedding. Thank you for working with me on the stone preference (asked for little to no matrix in the turquoise). It has no matrix, just the beautiful light blue of sleeping beauty turquoise.
